A native of Longford, Fintan has acted as rehearsal accompanist for Mullingar Choral Society since Carmina Burana in 1993.
Fintan works as accompanist for The National Children’s Choir. He is musical director of The Millennium Choir, Longford County Choir and St. Mel’s Musical Society.
A Principal Teacher in St. Dominic’s NS, Kenagh, Co. Longford, he is also the organist and choir master in St. Mel’s Cathedral.
He was appointed as Deputy Music Director of Mullingar Choral Society in 2014.
I would like to say what a lovely organist Fintan is having watched him play on the midnight mass on Christmas Eve from St Mels Cathedral Longford and the beautfuil choir of singers and well done to all it was joy to watch.
